In the U.S. TV Series, chronokinesis is the ability to stop time. So far, only Stephen Jameson has demonstrated this ability. He first used it in the pilot to stop a bullet. In "Girl, Interrupted", he used it to help Cara Coburn escape from Ultra.

In "Thanatos", Aldus Crick says that Jack Jameson also had this power. Crick hypothesized that by stopping time while teleporting, in the interval between disappearing and re-appearing, he would arrive "in a time out of time" that they termed limbo. But this proved to be impossible, even for Jack.
